If you decide to return any items you've purchased, please consider the following:
- Check all merchandise for potential damage, defects, or any missing items upon arrival.
- All returns must be in original, unwashed and unworn, condition.
- All returned items must be received by www.neoncamelstore.com within 10 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges after a 10-day period.
- Please mention any changes to current shipping address to make sure the new item shows up as quickly as possible.
- Please include order number in any email regarding returned merchandise.
T-SHIRTS THE PRINT AND PERSONALISATIONS
Garment are crafted by hand. Natural inconsistency due to the work process are inherent to each individual garment. They are not considered a defect but a surplus value which makes each piece unique.

Refunds will be made within 10 days after any returned merchandise has been received. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. A confirmation of your refund will be sent immediately to the email address associated with your order.
